In HubSpot, deals represent transactions with contacts and companies. Deals are tracked through your sales process in pipeline stages until won or lost.
All deals can be viewed in the deal home of HubSpot:
In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales and click Deals:

Here you can see your deals in the swim lane view of your sales process:

You can also view deals in a list view by selecting the list icon in the top left-hand corner:

The sales process had defined stages that a deal must move through before being won or closed.
